Male Mentors Urgently Needed!
Having a positive adult role model can make a lasting difference in the life of a child. We are looking for adults to serve as mentors to youth ages 8-12. We currently have an urgent need for five male mentors. We have five boys waiting to be matched who are unable to join the program until a suitable male mentor can be found for them.
This award-winning mentoring program, offered in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, meets from 6-7:30 pm twice each month in a group setting. Activities are planned by trained staff and involve a combination of group activities and one-on-one time with mentors and youth. Feel free to pass this information onto anyone who might benefit from giving back to our future generations in this manner.
